    Achapel was built in nearby Prince's St in 1880, and was replaced by a new building in Frederick Street in 1905.
    Foundation stones were laid in 1904, and the church opened on 26 Jan 1905.
    It is now demolished.

    The Wesley Church was built in 1905 to replace Albert Road Wesleyan which had been destroyed by fire.
    The old building was closed in 1984 and demolished.
    In 1992 it was replaced by Trinity Methodist / URC church on the same site.
