MARRIAGES

St. Mary’s, Todmorden was not in the period a parish in its own right. It was a chapel of ease within the parish of Rochdale.
For a few baptisms and burials at St. Mary’s between 1625 and 1633, known only from Bishop’s Transcripts, reference can be made to the registers of Rochdale parish, published by Colonel Fishwick in 1889.]
