The Church of St Peter, Woolton
1826 - 1950

St Peter's Woolton was built as a chapel of ease to the parish of Childwall and was consecrated on 16th Sep 1826. It was given a district in 1828 and ceased to be a chapelry of Childwall in 1863. The first church of St Peter's was replaced by a new church building in 1886.
